Love it when life throws a curve ball at you! Just stay consistent and you'll be fine. Also, I would try a little bit of yoga if you feel up for it. It will get you moving a little bit and relax you. Good luck!

Life happens, Becca. Just keep on keepin' on. Sometimes it is one foot in front of the other and the AA motto of "One day at a time." I'm not AA but find that saying is good for getting me through tough times with it becoming one second at a time...
