So I did it! 7 straight days of Stretching for the splits. 

7 days of blogging/journaling

7 days of plucking my eyebrows. 

Today marks my 5th day of staying within my calorie goal. If I maintain that Friday and Saturday I'll add a new habit. 

I'm really pleased with my progress so far. I haven't really deprived myself or gone too hard core with my exercise. I've already got to 154lbs which is fantastic. I would LOVE to be 153 by my first weigh in on Sunday, because that would take me to under 11stone for the first time in about half a year (1 sone is 14lbs, a UK measurement for my US friends) 

So now I need to think of new goals for the four areas of my life. So from tomorrow:

Fitness: A general stretching video, whether that be a blogilates, yoga or general one. 

Beauty/Vainity: this is so embarrassing to admit, but I do have some facial hair. So if I just attend to that as well as my eyebrows that will help my confidence!

Wellbeing. 1 min of meditation before sleep. 1 min isn't a lot but Once I get use to it, I'll gradually up the amount of time. 

 

I'm so pleased that I have some success to ride on!
