Well, I managed 7 days without going over my calorie limit! So my next healthy habit to take up is to drink as much water as I can. I have just finished a 2 litre bottle of sparkling water so I'm going to make it a point to try and drink a whole bottle of water a day for at least 7 days. 


Tomorrow, I will weigh in for the first time since starting diet bet. I'm hoping to be down to 154lbs (11 stone) and then next week be UNDER 11 stone for the first time since starting my new job. Here's hoping!
