Time for more diligent tracking!

I use myfitnesspal and my fitbit together. myfitnesspal has a great database of food so it has just about everything you can think of...even those 5 chips. :) It's hard to get in the habit of tracking but once you've done it consistently for a week it gets easier and almost becomes a habit.
