I did so well in my very first dietbet!!! I was so proud of that! As I should be. Unfortunately, when it ended so did all common sense! I have been eating "crap" ever since, gained all the weight I lost back in a very short amount of time! I am further behind now, then I was when I started my first dietbet. I put myself into another dietbet to get myself back on track!I decided that I need the dietbet game to stay focused. So, here I am.

 

Today is the LAST day that I eat "crap"! Tomorrow, the game starts and so my eating is going to go back to the good, nutritional diet it should have remained all along!

 

There is no reason for my weight gain other than a LITTLE water retention and a LOT of poor choices! If I want to succeed longterm, then I have to take ownership of it! I now know, that eating that way is what got me here in the first place. While I may be further behind now than I was at the beginning of my first dietbet, I am still nowhere near where I originally started! I am down almost 100 lbs. and I REFUSE to eat my way back up there! Especially, with "CRAP"!
