Yes. It is the mind, I so agree. One battle at a time and I had to stop myself when I talk negative about myself. I am in 2 dietbets right now and wow I have like 5/6 days before they are over. I been trying to lose the same 3lbs since last week. I believe one day I'm gonna step on that scale and bam its gone. Until then I am working out 2x a day for 45 mins to a hr. Food been on point. We got this just keep pushing

Lisa, isn't horrible how we are always our worst enemies and hardest stumbling block. You are wonderful, tell yourself that every day, Lisa you are wonderful! One thing I would suggest focus more on adding in the good stuff, not taking away the bad. The way I look at it is if I add in the good there is less room for the bad. Keep up the good work, keep reflecting on your choices and remember you are wonderful!

Where do you live? I'm in Manhattan every weekday, so if I get food I don't want, I can easily give it to a homeless person (with a dollar). It helps me not feel bad about wasting the food.Also, remembering that your body is more important than that tiny bit of food helps me as well. I feel so fortunate at how well the 5:2 eating plan (really 4:3 for me right now) has helped me with my cravings. I don't have the eat-it-all-today-so-I-can-start-tomorrow mindset anymore since my cravings have greatly reduced.Keep trying different things and you'll hit on something that will cut into the cravings, I'm sure of it!
