One of the reasons I'm here on Dietbet is because I've recently started getting back into pole after a 1.5 year hiatus, and I'd gained 4kg since then:O That's a lot of extra weight to be carrying about on one arm for an extended period of time, so its time to lose it ALLLLL~~ Tuesdays are my pole days so I did a little rearranging of the FABruary calendar so that my rest day is on Monday (Today!) so im not aching too badly for pole tmr :)
But after working out religiously for the past 6 days, I feel a little strange not panting and sweating today(anyone else feel the same on Rest Day?) so I did a few cardio workouts.
1) Fat Destroyer - I owed this one because I didnt have time on that day
2) Extreme Obliques - New video so why not? But opps I might regret this during pole tmr.
3) Pumped Up Cardio - YAY
Then I ended it all with today's butt challenge wheee. Feels like a nice relaxed day with an enjoyable amount of cardio.
I'm finding it really difficult to go on a complete eat clean diet, so I've compromised by eating clean for one meal of the day, and eating less for dinner + eating dinner earlier than usual (I am a HUGE lover of big hearty dinners, and I usually eat quite late at night)
All in all, I'm feeling good about myself today. *happy little dance*
