I honestly think weight Lots of stuff on multiple levels because you have to learn how to manage your food so you get enough protein you get enough fat that you get enough carbohydrates not getting a lot of added junk that you don't need you are getting your water are you getting your exercise. You know.... It is not just that you want to lose weight and you drop some calories and there you should see it. Doesn't work that way!
