Like many I've struggled with maintaining a healthy weight. I've worked hard, got where I needed to be only to gain it back plus some. I know that eating right and exercise is the key. I've got the exercise down. I've been consistent for over 2-1/2 years . I joined the gym close to my job summer of 2013. My husband says "I don't know why you did that, you're just wasting your money" well that made me MAD! How dare him! In the past I joined many gyms and didn't stick with it so he was voicing his opinion.  STILL!!!! I set out to show him a thing or two! Every day I got up an hour early and went to that gym no matter what. Locked in my mind was "NO EXCUSES ". I did this long enough until it became part of me and what I do. What I've learned is good habits can be formed just like the bad ones were. I have work yet to do on the eating habits but I've came a long way. Dietbet has been just what I needed. It's fun & keeps me accountable.
