Things are going well. I made some essential changes to my lifestyle. Looks like I have my diet all sorted out and I am exercising every day.

So I'm really positive that I will reach my long term goal. I feel that the failure of last time will not repeat itself this time. To keep me motivated I am now taking part in 3 Transformers and have to weigh-in every 2 weeks. So worst case scenario is I lose $375 if I don't make it.

I have started P90X3, which has been a blessing so far. My gym membership ran out and since I haven't been to the gym for 6 months I didn't feel like renewing it.

P90X3 gives me all I need right now. It's quick, painful, effective, fun and entertaining. I can hardly do one pull up yet but you wait and see. I workout barefoot on tatami mats in my bedroom after rolling up my futon. It's a nice setup and I feel very good doing it this way.

I am filming every single workout with my GoPro and am looking forward to some hearty laughs in 6 months when I look back at my stumblin', huffin' and puffin'. Also, the fact that the camera is rolling motivates me to work harder.

I am in my fourth week now and I intend to continue right away when I'm "finished" after 90 days.

The plan is:

Day 1-90: P90X3. Shred and get fit.

Day 91-180: P90X. Shred some more and get fitter. Reaching goal weight. 10% BF.

Day 181-270: P90X2. Final touch, down to 8% BF.

Then continue with whatever I feel like doing until I'm 80 years old or older. Calisthenics is a dream of mine.

That's a very serious plan which takes a lot of dedication. I am 56 years old and this is not easy for me.

We'll see how I do.
