I am not so sure you are different than the vast majority of us - I was 98 pounds when I graduated from high school and didn't weigh a whole lot more after 2 children - however, life catches up, as you have found out. We take for granted our health and our leanness and then, one day, we are no more! I hope you find what works for you. I absolutely know this community has been pivotal for/to me and I hope you will find the same. I am far from obese, but I have become overweight as a result of inability to move as I would otherwise due to injury, and finding it easier to eat while I am a sloth................overweight does become obese, however, if you don't check it and get a game plan!
