I forgot to do this yesterday, so here is my weekly "Staturday" post.
Finished week 2 of T25 yesterday. It was a weird week. I missed Monday and Tuesday due to being in the hospital with Charlie, so I had to do double days for Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. (I switched my off day because I was crampy and bloated on Friday and just needed a day off). So I am all caught up, but it was a strange week.
I didn't eat well this week. And that is to say that I didn't eat enough at all. And then got my entire week's worth of calories in on Valentine's Day. No regrets, but I have a LOT of work to do over the next two weeks if I am going to make my goal.
Stats: Weight (-0 lbs) No change from last week
Chest: 37" (no change)
Waist: 30.5" (no change)
Belly: 32" (-0.5")
Hips: 40" (-0.5)
Biceps: 12.5" (no change)
Thighs: L 22.5" (-1.0"), R 23" (-0.5)
Calves: 15" (No change)
Down 2.5" inches, but no change on weight (even a slight gain, which is likely explained by bloating and water weight from hormones). That's T25 for you. The harder I work, the more I have issues losing weight because I am really gaining muscle strength quickly...but the program is more important to me than the diet bet is, so I am going to keep plugging through with it. :)
