2/18/15 - My first day yesterday on my 28 day challenge went okay.  I started the day with Oatmeal but of course it was the flavored kind so more calories.  Mid morning had half a bananna.  Lunch two scrambled eggs with 1 slice of cheese on whole wheat bread (100 calories for bread).  Dinner Rosemary chicken thigh with sweet potatoes and grilled veggies.  Then the nightmare begins actually I was better then most nights.   I had ice cream with chocolate syrup, but before you say anything I was good compare to what I would have scooped in my dish.  Used a small pyrex cup .  Then had a half a bananna sliced with once again chocolate syrup.  Then hit into the low calorie crackers.  Had way to many.   So my first day was just okay.  BUT along with this challenge I am doing another challenge "40 bags in 40 days" and that is going marvelously!!!!  lol  Hey you can't have everything!
