Well I must say yesterday was a little better I didn't snack as much in the evening but I did finish the ice cream yes with chocolate syrup.  My evenings are definitely the hardest.  I did find out why my mattress looks indented in the upper area.  Hey I know I'm overweight but not to the extend that it would put a sink hole in my mattress.  Well I went home for lunch and decided to check on my cat Angelina Maria and to my surprises there she is sleeping right up against the pillow which explains the sink hole now.  Yes I would say she is very very very very fluffy or I always say she was born with a very very very small head.  I looked at her and said you need to diet with me.  So can I sign up my very very very very fluffy cat????????????????? lol She can pay with catnip!  lol
