My body likes to stay at 185-190 with out watching what I eat and not working out.  I have been watching my calories the last couple of days, and have noticed that I eat crap  CRAP!!!!!  my body is going thorugh detox right now and I feel like crap.  I am having leg cramps, foggy feeling, feel like I have a hang over.  Next week I will add exercise don't want to give my body a double shock.
