Really today is day 4 for me....I have seen some changes....It was sooo hard at first to keep on track and make the right choices.  Now I am noticing that I will throw a piece of candy in my mouth and think to myself wooowwww did you really just do that?  I will start watching and next time I grab something I put it back.  I am wanting more fruit when the sweet tooth hits.....good thing I found some sweet strawberries and grapes.  Next week I start the working out part.  I  know it will be hard when I first start but after the first week I should be able to do it easier, I am to the point if I loose the weight in time good, if I don't loose it all I am fine with that too, I have noticed that my attitude about food and the way I look has changed and its only a few days into it.
