Feeling down because of all this crappy winter weather. So I had a lemonade, maybe it'll I'm prove my mood. But other than that feeling good. Been on this journey for about a month now. Had a good breakfast and packed some homemade chili for lunch at work, and a protein bar / orange for snack. :-) this is also my first time doing diet bet! Good luck everyone :-)
