I am battling an unseen monster. Still trying to balance my daily "assignments" and the pressures I put on myself, but the stress leaves me exhausted and too tired to exercise. I don't feel like eating, but I can feel the stress hormones surging. I'm going to sleep and try to rewire tomorrow.

Sign in to CommentI have the same feelings most days. I think the hardest part about exercising is getting started. I have come to rely on exercise to help manage my stress and I ALWAYS feel better after! Sometimes all you can do is put one foot in front of the other and doing a little something is better than nothing at all.
