So, I just finished a dietbet, which I lost my 4%, barely, then binge ate all weekend.  Seriously.  I ate everything.  As if I'd starved myself for a month, which I hadn't!  Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.  So, today, I feel sick and bloated and don't want to exercise or eat right.  So, I joined another diet bet.  This, of course, isn't the first time this has happened.  I've always been a yoyo healthy eater.  I'm good for a period of time, then bam!  I wallow in junk food until I'm sick.  Then I feel disgusting and get back on the healthy eating wagon for a while.  I'm seriously thinking I need a 12 step program and a sponsor for to officially beat this.
