Well, the challenge starts tomorrow... I'm soooo ready!

Yesterday, I've planned meals and snacks for the entire week, everything is pre-measured and pre calculated so it will be easy to follow my meal plan this week! Day 1 of my "back on track" went really well.. I've stayed within my calories range so that's great... I wanted to go out for a walk with my dog, but it was too late when I finnaly got to it...

Exercice wise this week, I'm sticking to my trainning plan which is going to the gym tuesday, thursday and saturday. My trainning this week is 10X(200m run + 100m walk) followed by my strenght training. I'm also planning to go out for a walk on wednesday, friday and sunday (maybe snowshoeing on sunday if the weather is nice)

I'm also going to try to commit to write s blog entry everyday to keep myself acountable and motivated!
