Sometime things come along that make you really think of what's important, such as kids, a death in the family, a health scare, and/or the beginning or end of a relationship. Things or events that make you take a real hard look at your life.  

It's time to get moving, it's time to stand up, it's time to end all the excuses, it's time to make better choices. Do I go 0-to-100mph or 0 to 2 then to 10mph real slow? Depends on the circumstance right, but I want to have the ability to go to 0>100>150 for that matter, I want to play with my son and dance with my wife as well with out having to sit down and catch my breath.  

Dietbet is a motivating force for me. I don't bet normally, but a bet on me is a sure thing because I can’t afford to lose.
