YAY! Ok, part of me is trying not to get too excited, but oh to be able to take advantage of the motivation on these boards and find time to rest and exercise, oh my!

 

Ok, it's still minorly nutty, but the last few weeks I have literally been working up a sweat running from meeting to meeting. Now I have a chance to catch my breath and really take stock of where things are both work -wise and gettin' fit -wise. Work wise doesn't belong here ;-) but getting fit wise, I'm please to say I've got all my meal planning done up until March 21st (vacation!) and I'm in the process of planning my workouts. As you may recall, my dear husband gave me a polite shove off the couch last Friday and got me back in gear, and since then I've excercised 5/6 days :-)

 

It's been too long since I touched base on my goals 

Milestone check-in: 10 days to Mexico! WOO HOO! The wait is going to be interminable....

5/5 meal plans

7/34 (13) workouts - just scheduled the rest of them

15/34 (3) days eating well (just pre-tracked the rest of them :-)
