So as of today, I weigh 209. Is this water weight? Probably. I joined Title Boxing this past Tuesday, CRAZY WORKOUT, but I've only attended once, so I can't imagine that's had much impact.

I've dropped my calories really low (1200). I think I was probably averaging around 2100-2200 calories a day. So that is a serious deficit. I think it may have had an impact but it's probably mostly water weight. I do think lowering my calories is giving my mind heart palpitations. I feel like subconsciously, she (my mind) always wants to be eating something. She's begging me for that 1K calories that I'm depriving her of.

What I DON'T want to happen, is for me to go into starvation mode. So I think I will carb cycle once a week, but only if I'm working out heavily in preparation. We'll see how that goes. Carb cycling can be scary as I might intake too many calories. But if I do it weekly and control it: no sugar, no grains but add complex carbs like potatoes, have a little dairy, but not go more than 1800 total calories, I might be ok. I have decided to eat oatmeal for breakfast about twice a week. But that is on a regular low calorie day and only if I absolutely go to the gym.

As I stated previously, my goal is a work out 5-6 days a week. This week, I've only been twice. :-(. So I need to get in at least 3 more workouts by Sunday. Not sure how to accomplish this being that I hate getting up early. I'd have to wake up a 5AM tomorrow to workout. And then work out in the morning on Saturday and the afternoon on Sunday. I could do the Strike class at Lifetime on Saturday if they stil have it at 9:30AM. Then go to Title tomorrow morning. And keep my calories relatively low on the weekend.

Weekends are very scary for me. I'm less disciplined overall on the weekend. I'm always clock-watching at work, so it's easy to schedule and compartmentalize mealtimes. Weekends, its whenever whatever, plus I have dinner plans all weekend long.

Eating out is a bad idea when on a diet!!!
