I woke this morning excited. Excited about a new day and another opportunity to move closer to my goal of a healthier life, and lifestyle... For the rest of this challenge I will be putting a vision board on my bedroom wall with pictures and a structured plan for daily healthy eating goals, exercise goals, and my short term goal weight... If I keep my goal in front of me everyday I am more apt to stay on track and focused.

I love music. Although I am rhythmically challenged, it doesn't stop me from getting my groove on. I jogged in place this morning with some high knees at 100 step intervals just to get the blood flowing. No excuses. Exercise works best for me in the morning.. If I let the day get away I will lose interest quick..

To all of those who are working toward weightloss sucess, don't give up.. Continue to press on.. Had a bad day, the moment you realize your folly, straighten up and get back on track.. No excuses!!!!
