Okay so I killed myself this last month. I joined a small class at the gym with a trainer for $200 for 6 weeks, 3 times a week, and it was amazing. I didnt know my body had those muscles, until the next day when I couldnt walk. lol.

 

At my lighest weight I was 148 and now I'm 181. I spent a lot of time just thinking I would give up and be overweight but this has helped me keep gping. I think these bets are great to keep you motivated. Hoping to get back down to 155.

I dont even care if I win at this point. I just want to keep on track. 25 more pounds to go. I can do this!!!!!
