I changed to the Transformer! Figured I'd go for it! I was trying to figure out who I could get to take my full body picture (that I wouldn't be embarrassed in front of) and my hairdresser kindly agreed. Since I go once a month, it's perfect. Tomorrow, I'll do my first weigh in and then get my hair colored :) My sleep is all messed up. A year ago, I took an overnight sleep test since I was always exhausted. They concluded I only get 45 min. sleep in an 8 hour period. I tried some sleeping pills, but they didn't work. One made me binge eat after bed- which I have never done before. Another one had no effect on me whatsoever. The sleep disorder doctor prescribed Ritalin to keep me awake during the day but that only left me shaky and anxious. I tried Xanax to get to sleep and it helped me sleep, but then I was "hung-over" the following day and back to exhausted. Vicious cycle- Ritalin/Xanax. I quit both and am left with a roller-coaster circadian rhythm.
