Yesterday was an awesome day! I ate really healthy food all day, tracked my calories, and stayed within my range! I also went to the gym for LEG DAY (ahhh) plus a 20 min HIIT session. I felt so good after!

This morning I got on the scale and I was already 4 pounds down! Whoa that's like halfway to my goal! Now I just have to be consistent over the next 4 weeks.

My problem has never been the knowledge of what to do or the ability to do it. I just will get off track super easily. I feel like this Diet Bet competition is exactly what I need to be accountable to my lifestyle.

Today is a rest day, but I definitely plan on getting out there to walk and maybe jog a little just to get some movement in to my day. Sitting at an office desk all day really isn't conducive to an active lifestyle!
