I lost 25+ last month...realizing that that rate is not recommended. Weight Watchers, to me, is very easy and encouraging. It is also very good at promoting good habits. One could treat money the same as food in the plan... Allow X amount of spending, only allow excess when you earn extra through budgeting "exercising"...etc. I look forward to dropping below 300 this cycle. My original start weight was 347. My goal is to weigh 200 pounds by November when I celebrate my 25th Anniversary. I have 120ish pounds to go.  I have done it before, I will do it again. Once I get there, I will shave my face too...kind of a big reveal Biggest Loser style. :)  Best of luck!
