I just posted a picture that I had taken on my 45th birthday in 2009. I just turned 50 in January 2015, and I weigh about 30 pounds more than I did in that picture. I feel now I was too skinny then. Thus, I don't want to weigh 115 pounds again. My goal weight is 125 to 128 pounds. I have 20 pounds to lose. I'm doing it this time!
