I have a super clean diet. Once in a while I'll get a bag of chips, and will help myself to sweets, but for the most part I eat fresh, healthy, home-cooked meals. My problem is what happens after 8pm. Between 8 and 11pm I can consume 1/2 a bottle of wine and bread and cheese and maybe some dark chocolate if its in the house. If I can change how I "treat" myself after a hard days work (and pretty much every day is hard, although satisfying) then I will have made the lifestyle change I need to make. Thanks for reading.
