Welcome to you and me!  It's my first time EVER on DietBet and I already signed up for the Transformer Challenge Apr 15-Oct15!  I'm excited, I need motivation because that's what I do for a living, motivate others!  I recently started (www.RunOnThis.com) to inspire people to reach the health and fitness goals they've set for themselves.  The work of inspiring others sometimes leads to self neglect.   All too often, I find myself in need of inspiring information to drag me out my slump and I figured others may need the same thing so that's why I started the blog.  There aren't many posts yet, because I've been building and Instagram following for the same purpose (#RunOnThis for you techies).  

A little about my journey:  I lost 65 lbs from Nov 2012 to May 2013 and managed to keep off most of it, (give or take 5 lbs) but I never reached my final goal of a normal BMI.  20 lbs to go (slightly less, but I'm shooting for 20) and I'll weigh less for GOOD!  Running became my obsession to lose the initial weight and I ate much better.  Over the past year, along with buying a new home, my eating habits have gone to crap again and thus I'm skinny-fat.  Still fitting into smaller clothing but my muscles are 'protected' by a bumper-layer that I need to get off for good!  Enter, DietBet!
