DietBet worked for me-I lost 40 pounds and felt fabulous at my daughter's wedding....BUT-once the stress of the wedding was over (it was mostly a DIY wedding with so many details-and I was one in charge of all those details) I began stress eating....I guess to make up for being so good for 14 monthS....I dunno.So, here I am on the verge of having gained almost ALL of the weight back and I joined this Transformer. I hope to wear my MOB dress to a formal wedding in November. This is perfect timing. I also started running about 4 years ago and LOVE how I feel when I do it regularly. I have let that slide so am looking forward to Spring weather so I can get back out there. I will follow your blog-thanks for starting it and GOOD LUCK!!!
