As I approach 50-yes, 50 years old-I have been struggling with losing around 15-20 pounds that I have gained over about 4 years. I feel healthy and exercise frequently but the weight just stays the same. I realize that it's not about the weight but about being healthy-a healthy me in ALL areas. I'm super excited about this Diet Bet, joined wieght watchers (again), and I'm a part of another healthy aging group and all of these begin at the same time. I'm working on me-body, spirit, and mind!
