So, I worked hard this week to make good food choices, but I failed miserably mainly because we had a lot of office party things going on PLUS i'm PMS... LOL  So, I am going extreme this week - It's the only thing that will kick start it for me.  I'll do two protein shakes and one good meal a day - plus my in between snacks of almonds and anything like that.  

Besides the Pot O' Money as my goal, I have a Holiday Ball (2) coming up in November and December and I really want to look HOT!  Hard for me to be self-motivated, like many, so I look for short term goals that I can do, so that I don't lose steam along the way!  

This morning is a cup of tea before church, then probably a nice dinner out somewhere after church - making good choices, then a protein shake for dinner. 

 

My biggest challenge is "feeling hungry all the time" in the first and second week.  Ugh!  :)
