I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life due to eating and drinking too much along with no exercise. I need to lose 50 pounds and that seems so daunting. I just don't feel good most of the time and that's my real motivation.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The week was a bit up and down. My plans changed completely yesterday and I eat carbohydrates which caused me to gain some water weight, I'm ready to get back on track today and do my final way out to my other diet Beth and keep going with the two men

I ate better last week, no sugar 6 days, no wine 6 days
