In the past, I've tried to lose weight by going "all in" with calorie counting and workouts. Beginning this dietbet has already helped me realize that a lifestyle change starts with small goals that lead into bigger ones. I'm starting with what I'm comfortable with. Walking, curl-ups, and squats are easy, but repetition is key. Also completely avoiding the foods that I know are bad for me. Putting it out there motivates me (putting my money out on the line and putting what I'm doing out on Instagram). One day, I want to be skinny and muscular and BAD ASS. But for now, I'm just learning what my body needs and shaving off 5.3lbs :)
