My pants seem to be loosening and I’ve avoided cravings thus far!! Even my cheat day was only 200 calories off

I plan to count calories and opt for light, fresh food choices. I plan to mix up my workouts and try circuit training using the BodBot app. I also desperately need to try and get more sleep!
