Today was a good day. My primary temptation was lunch. My friends and I have a tradition of going out for a meal to celebrate our birthdays, and mine is Sunday. We met at an Italian place which has great chicken parm and chicken francese. I was very tempted, but reminded myself I was there for the company, not the food, and had a grilled chicken salad. It was filling and I had zero regrets about ordering it.
I made the skillet chicken cordon bleu, which I referenced recently. It was so good, and low-carb, which wasn't a consideration. But I was still glad about it. I was going to roast potatoes as a side dish, but we had a green salad which was really good. So today I had salad at two main meals, and I enjoyed them both.
On a less successful note, I attempted to play my PiYo dvd tonight on my new computer, and wasn't able to. Then I tried to add a workout program app, and that didn't work either. By the time I threw in the towel, it was getting pretty late. I'll try again tomorrow.
