My problem is I always slippery slope unless I have really well defined lines in the sand. For example I no longer eat any food with added sweeteners, wheat, potato, or rice. Been longer than 4 months. And I'm happy with my results. I bought a gym membership and did great for two months. The past 3 weeks I've been traveling and doing fairly well working out. But I'm getting that slippery slope feeling with my gym membership. And my life has been pretty low stress lately. Just thinking how to keep my work out motivation once life starts throwing me some stress. What line in the sand I can draw. Any suggestions? Enjoyed your blog post.

15 minute cardio and strength routines for when you are super busy and need to do something short and sweet. YOUTUBE is awesome for that. Anyhow, those are my suggestions. Thanks for reading and liking my blog.

Thanks. I do pretty good on planning. I have a white board in my room that has a 3 week rolling calendar. Really helps me. I do do perfectionist thing. I think my current diet will be good forever with few tweaks here n there. I look at me more having food addiction like an alcoholic. So one beer bad. one candy bar bad. 1st 40 days no sugar/wheat were painful! Great idea on YouTube. I always seem to forget about Youtube. And have to find something at gym to keep me motivated and going. Thanks appreciate the good tips.
