Somehow after losing 50 pounds and keeping them off for over 5 years. I have regained, and gone back to the beginning. Feeling sad and disappointed, I'm struggling to find motivation. Somehow as I get older Ifind it harder to lose weight. I'm hoping this short journey will motivate me to kick start my routine of diet and excersise again.

I've been steadily exercising all along, but I let my diet slip back into old bad habits. I joined the post-Turkey transformer right before Thanksgiving to keep myself accountable and I'm so glad I did! I reached my 3% goal and lost 6lbs and now I'm jazzed to see where it goes! Don't lose hope - remember what it felt like when you lost it the first time and how you felt when you put on clothes that you never could have worn before. Remember to respect the journey. YOU GOT THIS!!!
