Karen - YOU CAN DO IT!! I'm with you - I lost almost 80 lbs 4 years ago and I have gradually put back almost 30lbs. I've been steadily exercising all along, but I let my diet slip back into old bad habits. I joined the post-Turkey transformer right before Thanksgiving to keep myself accountable and I'm so glad I did! I reached my 3% goal and lost 6lbs and now I'm jazzed to see where it goes! Don't lose hope - remember what it felt like when you lost it the first time and how you felt when you put on clothes that you never could have worn before. Remember to respect the journey.
