5:30 wakeup. Homework. Food has mostly been the same. Coffee/Ghee/MTC oil and 20 to 30 oz of water before the 8am workout. Post workout - 2-4 eggs and a meat and sometimes cheese tween 930 and 10.  Study study study. Errands. Homework veggies, dinner, veggies. Progressing to stop eating after 8. Homework.

 

- Rarely acknowledge calories

- Optional lunch

- Never snack all day! (inhibits fat burning)

- 80/120 oz lemon water

 

If peckish or I "think" (mind body aware) i will be peckish I will include these items within 45 min of a meal.

 

- Pecans

- Macadamia nuts

- Hot Pork Skins

 

I am introducing fermented food. Saurkraut (sp?) w/turmeric.  Plus a fermented jalepeno w/kraut/kimchi sauce. Both have no carbs. Have always had some pickles but will increase.

 

- Little to no calories 24 hrs (once a week).

- 3 to 5 day work out schedule.

 

Stretch, Elyptical warmup, lift, cardio/HiiT.

Cardio - Stair-climber and uphill treadmill walk - Alternate Days

- Typically 3 station HiiT before stair/climber

- Always one leg station in HiiT - squats or glute bridges
