I am so glad the sun is out!  I have a doctor's appointment today.  Later today I plan a 90 minute to a two hour workout outside with basically leg extensions and I do this for strength and endurance and for height. I really want to get itno kickboxing.  I know at 70 years old next month it seems bizarre but I get compliments on my legs all the time.  (LOL)  I think it is because of my age really.  I use my daughter's truck or her car to gage my height.  I believe the neighbors think I have a screw loose.  I used to use the trees in the front yard but it created too much negative attention.  Now, I exercise in the yard which is at the bottom of the driveway.  I have been working out now almost 2 and 1/2 years but had a stretch of 6 months I didn't because of a nasty stroke.  I hope everyone has a great workout today.  I love reading everyones success each day!
