I always forget to plan ahead, so I have an idea to help myself.

Today I will post what I plan to do tomorrow (Which is officially Day 1). On the next blog I will post how well I stuck to the plan and then post what I hope the next day will be.\

This way, I can keep myself accountable and let others keep me accountable.

So, for tomorrow, here is my plan:

 

Breakfast: Southwestern Omlette

Snack: Almond butter and celery sticks

Lunch: Greek salad with chicken slices

Snack: Sugar free trail mix (1 cup)

Dinner: Basil and lemon salmon with spinich

60 oz. of Jillian Michaels bloat recipie (60 oz distilled or pure water, tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice, 1 dandelion root tea bag, 2 tablespoons lemon juice)

 

Workout:

Body Combat class at 24 hour

walk/jog 30 mins
