One of my closest friends is visiting from across the country this weekend. We will stay in a hotel in Boston together and I know it will be so much fun.
My health goals for this weekend are:
1. Walk! We will be walking around the city most of the weekend, which is great because I will be missing my long run that is usually done saturday afternoons. If the opportunity arises to go to an activity a ways away I will suggest we just walk there.
2. Stick to my eating plan. I have snacks and even 2 meals packed to stay on track.
So that's it! I have these 2 simple goals and I'm going to stick to them.
