I've got about 18 days left before the final weigh in.  I've had a few misses but I'm back on that road and still down by 5 pounds I've got two more lbs. to go for this round at least.  

  I appreciate eating what I want in moderation and the steady loss of weight.  I also don't feel bad if I slip because it's just like riding a bike when you fall you pick yourself up and get right back on.

  So I started 186.6 pounds and I'm down to 181.4 pounds.

  I'm walking no less then five days a week. I started walking for about 20 minutes and I've update to 30 minutes the plan is to get my body prepared to begin jogging.

 I may not lose this weight fast but I'll lose it permanently!
