I'm writing this post because I need to outline my personal, health goals. 

+ Overall goal: Get down to a healthy weight for my height (5'11"), which is somewhere between 129-174. Personally, I'm aiming for somewhere around 135-145, but I will have to see what weight actually "looks good on me" because even at my smallest size in high school (a 12) I was 150-160 lbs. 

+ First small goal-weight related: Kick out at least 30 lbs by my 30th birthday on September 4th. 

+ First small goal-not weight related: Make it a HABIT to go to the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week (4 on my flex weeks, when I have Fridays off). They say the battle is 90% nutrition, 10% excercise. I HAVE to get in the 10% to make this work!

+ Second small goal-weight related: Kick out at least another 30 lbs by the end of December 2015. 

+ Second small goal-not weight related: Stop biting my nails. It's a horrible habit I've had since I can remember and I HATE that I do it. Time to stop. Today makes 12 days without biting! One day at a time! The growth is slow, but I can already see a difference!
