This year I have vowed to start my new life and make healthy life changes.  Last year I made some life changes and I ended up gaining all my weight back that I had lost and was smoking quite a bit.  Since February 2nd 2015 I have stopped smoking and now I'm ready to begin this weight loss and healthy eating journey.  I am determined to make these changes and work hard at it.  My weakness food wise is sweets and pasta but I think the hardest thing for me is making sure I get enough water in each day.
