I have been struggling a lot lately in this weightloss thing. I have been going back and forth between losing and gaining and Im coming up on my end of the contest and feel like I havent accomlished very much. The weather has killed me with being able to get out and walk. I started my C25K but I got half way thru it and my ankle gave out on me. I need running shoes before I can start again. Im not having too much of a problem getting the workouts in I just cant seem to lose anything from them. I uped my protein thinking that was a big issue for me but still havent seen anything yet. I will stay strong and keep moving. I preordered Jessicas new workout video and decided on getting me a tank to maybe help remind me at what Im working towards. I am also planning on starting a journal for my next challenge and maybe that will also help.
