I just wanted to post a picture of the food that I had for dinner as part of my 30 day weight loss challenge. Ever since I started doing international (I'm a flight attendant). My sleep pattern and eating habits got out of wack! I gained all the weight that I have lost two years ago. SUCKS! My doctor advised me to stay away from all types of grains like bread and rice. Since doing international, I started buying all kinds of goodies like truffles from Belgium, Butter from France and all kinds of fattening foods from Europe. NEVER AGAIN! It's time for a change.
